How, where, and when we ship — and what to expect once your order leaves our facility.
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 days after your payment has cleared. During sales, new product launches, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if there's a meaningful delay. We may also hold an order briefly for routine verification before it ships.
We ship to qualified researchers, laboratories, universities, and research organizations both domestically and internationally. We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipment to any destination where we cannot lawfully ship, or where a product's regulatory status makes shipment unsuitable. It is your responsibility to confirm that you can lawfully receive research compounds at your address before ordering (see Section 6).
Shipping is charged as a flat rate of $50 per order, regardless of order size or destination. This is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are not included in this amount and are your responsibility (see Section 6).
We ship via established carriers appropriate to the destination and select the service at our discretion. Products that require it are packaged to preserve stability during transit. All shipments are packaged discreetly and without any indication of contents on the exterior.
Total delivery time — from when you place your order to when it arrives — is typically about 7–12 days, including the 1–3 days of processing described above. International destinations may take longer depending on customs processing. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed — actual delivery time depends on the carrier, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Once your order ships, a tracking reference is added to your order and you can follow its status from your account. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to begin updating with the carrier.
For international shipments, you act as the importer of record. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you order may be lawfully imported into and possessed in your country, and for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees your country imposes. These charges are separate from, and not included in, the price you pay us. If a package is refused, returned, or abandoned because these charges were not paid, we are not responsible for the cost of the goods or shipping.
Customs authorities may inspect, delay, or detain international shipments at their discretion. While we take reasonable steps to package and document shipments appropriately, we cannot guarantee that any shipment will clear customs, and we are not responsible for delays, detentions, or seizures by customs or other authorities. Regulatory status of research compounds varies by jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to know the rules that apply to you before ordering.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. From that point the shipment is in the carrier's hands. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent, please review our Refund & Return Policy — in those specific cases we may provide a replacement or refund as described there.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong place because an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address was provided. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, any reshipment will require payment of shipping again.
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or could not be delivered for reasons within your control, we are not obligated to refund the order. Any reshipment is subject to a new shipping charge.
Questions about a shipment or this policy can be sent through our contact page, and we'll get back to you. Please include your order number.
