We may refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
All products are supplied solely for laboratory and research purposes, in vitro, and outside the body. They are not intended, labeled, or authorized for use in humans or animals, for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, or as a drug, food, food additive, cosmetic, dietary supplement, or medical device. You agree not to use, or allow others to use, any product in a manner inconsistent with this section.
Nothing on our website or in any communication from us constitutes medical, clinical, dosing, veterinary, legal, or other professional advice. We do not provide protocols, dosing guidance, or usage instructions, and we cannot answer questions of that nature. Any information provided (including research summaries) is general reference material only and is not a representation of safety or fitness for any use.

You are solely responsible for determining whether, and ensuring that, your purchase, importation, possession, handling, storage, and use of any product complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you — including those of your country, state, and locality, and all applicable import/export and customs requirements. Regulatory status of research compounds varies by jurisdiction and may change. We make no representation that any product is lawful to import or possess in your location.
We take reasonable steps to describe products accurately. Research summaries and specifications are provided for reference and do not guarantee any particular result, purity, or characteristic beyond what is stated on a product's certificate of analysis. A certificate of analysis (COA) is available on request per batch. Except as expressly stated on an applicable COA, products are provided without any representation as to purity, identity, or suitability.
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — including where we believe an order is inconsistent with these Terms, our research-use policy, or applicable law, or where there is a pricing or product error. No order is binding on us until we accept and ship it.
Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time before an order is accepted. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at checkout through the payment methods we make available. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Where we ship internationally, you act as the importer of record and are responsible for all import compliance, duties, and taxes. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses caused by carriers, customs, or authorities.
All sales are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges. The only exception is that, if an order arrives damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement. This does not apply to products that have been opened, used, or altered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products are provided "as is" and "with all faults," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or arising from course of dealing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascendtials and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ascendtials and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use or handling of any product, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
If you participate in our affiliate program, additional terms apply. Referral commissions are earned only on valid, completed, non-fraudulent orders, are subject to verification, and may be withheld or reversed for orders that are cancelled, charged back, or found to violate these Terms. We may change commission rates, payout methods, or program rules, or terminate the program or your participation, at any time. Affiliate promotion must be truthful and must not make any human-use, medical, or unauthorized claims about our products.
Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information needed to process and ship your order, communicate with you, and operate our business, and we do not sell your personal information. By placing an order you consent to this collection and use of your information.
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Ascendtials name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Ascendtials is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved on an individual basis, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Ascendtials waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the website or placing new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with any policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ascendtials regarding your purchase and supersede any prior understandings.
